Cosley Zoo in Wheaton, IL

Our team of painters gave a much-needed face lift to this zoo’s exterior. The front dormer detail was primed, caulked and painted to match the original color scheme, giving the building a clean and neutral look.

The ceilings and soffits were power washed along with the rest of the building before we painted the trim, siding, fascia, windows and doors. For all wood surfaces, including the zoo’s famous train caboose, we used Mad Dog Dura-Prime.

This eco-friendly formula flexes and breathes as the substrate expands and contracts with heat, humidity and cold weather. The primer bonds like glue, preventing the paint from cracking or peeling.
