The work your team did met all my expectations. Everything you promised was delivered. The work was done professionally by craftsmen who were always available to the Board to answer our questions and solve any problems we had.

They managed all the work efficiently and there were no delays. The integrity of the project is already evident due to the overall improvement of the look of our buildings and the elimination of multiple cold air leaks. I also appreciate that there were no cost overruns.

I am happy to say that the work exceeded my expectations because I expected we would run into some issues that would cause compromise or something less than we hoped for. That didn’t happen. Thanks again to you and your team.

We had 42 roofs redone and not a single complaint. IOC Construction knew exactly what they were doing and how to go about it in an organized manner. All the workmen we very polite and cleaned up in the evening before leaving. I was amazed at the speed this project was completed.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the office staff and with Chris Manolis who did our repair work from ice damming. He was knowledgeable, patient with our many questions and a really nice guy.  

His attention to detail was admirable and he worked a long day to finish the project. He was on time, cleaned up his work area, and was just as friendly at the end of the day as he was when he arrived. Highly recommend this company.

I would not hesitate to hire IOC Construction.  The reason I say this is because Mark Mortimer and Dave Lockhart want nothing more than for you, the customer, to be happy.  This shows from the very start of the project all the way through to the end.  They will do everything in their power to honor any commitments and will always try to make things right if there is a mistake. In all my years running my management company I have learned that nothing goes exactly according to plan.  What matters most to me is how a vendor responds to mistakes or challenges. And because it needs to be said, IOC Construction will always honor their quoted prices. Inside Out has completed several projects for my Boards, including balcony staining and interior hallway and bathroom remodels.  Fairly soon they will be starting a multi-million dollar roofing and siding project

Thank you for the hallway painting and carpeting and lighting.  The three paint colors are so attractive and the lighting fixtures are so pretty and so much brighter.  I hope everyone is careful of the new carpet.  I thought the workmen were very polite, friendly, courteous, well trained and expedient.

We have worked with IOC Construction on many projects over the years including interior corridor painting projects, exterior painting projects, an interior laundry room renovation project, emergency calls, several smaller interior painting projects and construction projects.

We find all their staff to be very accessible (including ownership), responsive and always professional. I have referred them to several of my colleges and clients. As a Property Manager of a Mies van der Rohe building, I understand how important the architectural details are and so does IOC Construction.

I have really enjoyed working with Brian over that last few years. He always follows up when he says that he will. He is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful where he can. He does not try to rush me when I have a lot of questions, he remains patient and will always take the time to explain to me in detail any questions or concerns that I have.

It’s not often you get to meet the president of a company; especially, when you’re doing a paint inspection. I contracted with the IOC Construction company to paint the exterior of our facility as well complete some smaller paint projects on the inside. They utilized quality products, were very efficient at going about their work, cleaned up after themselves and once started worked to completion with no delays. Overall the quality of work was excellent and their team was very easy to work. I will utilize them in the future and would recommend them all others looking to utilize their services.

I want to acknowledge JP and Chris for their professionalism and a job well done (repaired drywall and paint). I wanted to drop you a line and share my extreme satisfaction with yesterday’s job.  The quality of work was excellent and the tech, Joaquin, was top-notch.  He proved communicative, attentive and professional, with a customer-service-focused attitude.  I’m really happy with everything he was able to accomplish in the time frame too!  Drywall repair can be an art and his work blended perfectly.  He offered to stay a bit later yesterday to eliminate a second trip today (that helped me immensely; I didn’t have to take another day off work).  His attention to detail is noticeable both in his work and meticulous cleanup.  A+.

I highly recommend IOC Construction as they completed a two million dollar restoration project for my property Spinnaker Cove located in Carol Stream Illinois.  IOC Construction had great communication, cleaned up the job site every night and completed the project on time with a high level of quality.  As an Association Manager, using Inside-Out made my job much easier!

We have used IOC Construction twice now for jobs in our facility. The last job here in that we had them do was roughly 4700 square feet. The vendor was timely on coming out and quoting the area we needed done. I believe I received a quote back with-in 3-4 day of him coming out. They were able to work with us to add additional coatings into the top coat that our environmental team required without much of a problem. Once work started it took them about 2 weeks or so to complete this area. They were very professional in that we never had an issue with their workers or them not following the given timeline. The epoxy they put down is still without cracks one year later with fork trucks driving on it daily.

I wanted to pass along a compliment regarding your painter.  He arrived during the time window you stated, he was very courteous, and best of all did an outstanding job!  He deserves an ‘Atta boy.

If ever a question came up, I could contact the supervisor and he would respond quickly.

I have to say, I normally don’t like roofing/construction companies, but Miguel Aguilar, a team supervisor for IOC Construction is way above my old expectations. I’m one of 35 townhome owners that had new roofs and skylights installed, Miguel called my cell to let me know my garage door was left open, made sure his guys worked around my schedule, not his, and fully understood I like to have someone present while they are inside my home, and worked around that knowing I’m a freak about my privacy. He went to the warehouse on his lunch hour to get the power shades (that I ordered late) to make sure they are installed on time. Very impressed by the actions of this one employee. Great guy. Miguel Aguilar is a class act.
